Apple Cider Vinegar Gummy TreatsApple &_cider_vinegar

This recipe is a Paleo friendly, immune boosting treat.
Total time is 1 hour and 10 minutes start to finish.

Prep time is only 5 minutes

Cook time is 5 minutes

Chill time is 1 hour or until set

Servings: 24 depending on your tray. Use silicone molds for easier removal.

1 ½ cups organic apple juice

½ cup apple cider vinegar (ACV) I would recommend Bragg their products are awesome.

½ cup water

4-5 TBSP gelatin powder

Combine the apple juice, ACV, and water in a large saucepan (no heat) do not turn on burner just yet. Stir well to combine all the ingredients. Sprinkle gelatin powder over the liquids and mix. Let this sit for 2 minutes.

Turn on the heat to medium low and stir with a wooden spoon for five minutes until the gelatin is fully dissolved.

Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or other molds you may have and chill in the fridge for at least an hour before eating.

There are many versions of this out there and depending on how firm you want your gummies to set up the amount of gelatin goes from 4 to 5 tbsp, but all the other ingredients stay the same. I have found this recipe all over the internet and am not sure who gets the credit for it, but most of the recipes I have looked at, credit this is a wonderful recipe, to Felicia Lim and she can be found on Pintrest

I am the mother of 4 grown children that I am proud of and 6 beautiful grandchildren. I have the love and support of my wonderful soulmate Brian. He stands by me no matter how hard I am to handle and for that I am eternally grateful. With his encouragement and support it has pushed me to want to do better and has encouraged me in my writing and wanting to help others. I am a beginning blogger on allergies and a product reviewer. I write my blog because when I was diagnosed with allergies, I had no help on what I was to do. I want this to be a place people can discuss and learn together how to ease the burden of the allergy seasons, whether it is seasonal, indoor, outdoor or food and lucky me, I have some of each. I love the 80's, gardening, crafts and cooking. I enjoy DIY projects and taking things that others would throw out and making useful again. I enjoy going to the beach and relaxing or camping in the woods. I love the great outdoors, football and most of all I LOVE and am very PROUD of our US MILITARY men and women.
