Apple Cider Vinegar Gummy Treats
This recipe is a Paleo friendly, immune boosting treat.
Total time is 1 hour and 10 minutes start to finish.
Prep time is only 5 minutes
Cook time is 5 minutes
Chill time is 1 hour or until set
Servings: 24 depending on your tray. Use silicone molds for easier removal.
1 ½ cups organic apple juice
½ cup apple cider vinegar (ACV) I would recommend Bragg their products are awesome.
½ cup water
4-5 TBSP gelatin powder
Combine the apple juice, ACV, and water in a large saucepan (no heat) do not turn on burner just yet. Stir well to combine all the ingredients. Sprinkle gelatin powder over the liquids and mix. Let this sit for 2 minutes.
Turn on the heat to medium low and stir with a wooden spoon for five minutes until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or other molds you may have and chill in the fridge for at least an hour before eating.
There are many versions of this out there and depending on how firm you want your gummies to set up the amount of gelatin goes from 4 to 5 tbsp, but all the other ingredients stay the same.
